These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services we provide and our website. By visiting the our website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Contract

When you place an order with us online, we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation of your order by  an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

 Specifications & Suitability

• Product details, specifications and suitability information as displayed on our website, is the best available at the time. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an appliance. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will either exchange or give you a full refund upon the return of the item.
  
• Manufacturers names are used for reference only. Products listed as a genuine part are made by the manufacturer and generic parts are listed as compatible with the manufacturer's finished model number.
• It is important that all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer instructions. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part contrary to manufacturers instructions.
• Please ensure that you have read manufacturer's warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise attempt to repair. We cannot be held responsible if the appliance is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified technician.

Delivery Times

• We do our best to ensure availability of all  products offered on our website, and endeavour to deliver within the quoted time frame (usually estimated at 3-5 working days), if we are in stock. If any items is on back-order, we will inform you by email, and despatch this as soon as it is available.. If you have ordered multiple items all available parts will be despatched immediately and the delayed part will be sent under separate cover without extra delivery charge to you.
• Some out of stock spares usually take 7-10 days to arrive from manufacturers, but can take up to 28 days (or longer) for obscure parts to become available. We will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date by email.
• If you wish to cancel your order because of delay, we will refund your credit card in full. Please email us for  refund.
• We cannot be held liable for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, as we always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
• You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a full refund prior to the item being despatched.

 Online Payment

• Payment over the Internet can be made via Worldpay using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch or Solo cards. .
• Alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order. Please note that if you choose to pay by either of these methods your order will not be despatched until the funds have been cleared. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to UK VACUUM SPARES CO.
• All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

About Delivery

• Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched,.

Liability

We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
