How to Purchase
Full details are given on our main page under the heading ‘How to
Order Dyson Spares’.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK,
your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or
your own currency.
We accept all major
Credit Cards. You may send your
credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely over the
Internet.
You can also pay by cheque payable to 'UK VACUUM
SPARES.COMPANY'. |
Shipping and Handling
Packing and
postage is not included in the prices and is charged extra according to
weight of the item i.e. Floor Tools, Turbo Brush
, Bins £4.50, Motor £6.75, Wands and Hoses £2.50, others
£1.50. E&OE |
Delivery
You will
normally receive your order within 5
working days if goods are in stock. We use First Class post. |
| Out of stock goods: If
any item is not in stock, we will inform you by email with the
option to cancel your order for full refund if you would rather not wait.
Please allow7-10 days for stock replenishments.

| NON-DYSON SPARES |
| Like
many other Vacuum Cleaner Manufactures, some
Spares are manufactured by third party for Dyson
vacuums. Wherever original Dyson spares are not
available we supply other brands of spares instead. If you
are not happy receiving non-dyson spares, please
return them
and we would either supply Dyson spares whenever
available or refund your money in full. |
Guarantee We
guarantee your full satisfaction. All products come with a 30 day no quibble
guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer,
which include the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of
receipt of the goods without giving a reason . When requested, we
promise to refund the cost of the goods within no more than 30 days of
cancellation and the goods
being returned to us. |
