Filter Washing
Hepa Post-Motor Filter: Code 0142001 (Purple case)
The post-motor filter located under the clear bin™ should last the lifetime of the machine and does not need to be washed.

Lifetime pre-motor Filter: Code 447702 (Yellow case)
Step 1
Press the release catch and remove the filter housing from the machine
Step 2
Remove the filter from the housing. (Only the blue foam and yellow cage should be washed.)
Step 3
Wash in cold water only. Do not use detergent. Do not wash in a dishwasher or washing machine.
Wash under the tap until the water runs clear.
The filter should be washed at least once every 6 months.

Drying the filter
Leave to dry in a warm place for 12 hours. Do not dry in a tumble dryer, oven or near a naked flame.
Ensure the filter is completely dry before replacing in the machine
